The Role

As Agri & Retail Marketer, you will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing of Agri and Retail products across Tsitsikama, Humansdorp, Oesterbay and surrounding areas. You will support customers, provide expert advice, and contribute to growing market share.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, providing technical advice and tailored solutions.
  • Good governance in all aspects of the marketing environment.
  • Drive sales through market research, product marketing, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate reporting (AgriSMART & QlikView), effective administration, and logistical coordination.
  • Provide expert guidance on agri and retail products, including application and after-sales service.
  • Leverage digital tools and systems to improve processes, reporting, and overall customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 with supportive inhouse courses or NQF5 Diploma.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • NB: Your own transport is an inherent requirement.
