Job Specification
Reporting into the Executive Manager Organisational Development, the incumbent will be responsible for providing HR administrative and advisory support for the delivery of a high-quality professional HR service to managers and staff across the Company, with a specialist focus on learning & development administration.
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma in Human Resources or Learning & Development
- 2 Years proven experience in a Learning & Development environment or similar role
- Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of SETA and LMS systems

- Ability to convert business requirements into functional / technical specifications, linked to Learning and Development systems and reporting, including best practices for data loading and extraction
Optimisation
- Administrative Support - Ensure accurate training records, managing databases, and handling paperwork related to training activities
- Training Coordination- Schedule training sessions, booking venues and resources, managing registrations, and communicating with participants
- Material Development - Assist with the creation and updating of training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules
- Learnership Administration – Collaborating with internal stakeholders (managers, learners) and external providers to ensure the smooth execution of Learnerships and Apprenticeship initiatives including registrations and SETA database management
- Skills Audits - Assist with the annual Skills Audit and preparation of the Annual Training Report (ATR) and Work Skills Plan (WSP)
- Compliance with internal company policies, procedures, processes, and external regulations

- Ability to influence and collaborate with different stakeholders
- Building trusting relations and inspire relations amongst the internal and external stakeholders

- Act as change agent for HR Digital systems functionality and application of people orientated digital tools
