The Role

Main Responsibilities

• Lead a transformative information management and AI agenda that fuels business growth, operational excellence, and innovation.
• Modernise systems, analytics, and AI platforms to deliver actionable insights and automation, while ensuring enterprise-wide governance, security, compliance, and optimisation of technology infrastructure and vendor partnerships.
• Build a high-performing, future-ready team and cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and inclusion that propels the organisation forward.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field, complemented by at least 8 years of progressive experience, including senior management leadership exposure.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align AI, data and technology focus areas to organizational objectives.
• Proven track record in delivering complex, high-impact projects and leading digital and AI- driven transformation initiatives.
