The Role
As Sales Representative, you will be responsible for marketing building and paint material supplies at Durbanville branch, in Durbanville and the surrounding areas. This versatile role involves promoting products, engaging with customers, and supporting branch sales initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote building and paint products, provide technical advice, quotations, after-sales support, while coordinating logistics for deliveries.
- Foster and maintain productive relationships with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders while conducting market research to identify opportunities.
- Manage reporting, administration, and governance using QlikView.
- Leverage business networks to secure new opportunities and meet client needs.
- Champion digital tools and technologies to enhance marketing processes, customer experience, and business outcomes.
- Grade 12 with supportive in-house sales courses or an NQF5 Diploma.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in retail sales, with strong negotiation skills.
- Own transport and a valid driver’s license.
