Job Specification

Reporting to the Operations Manager Mechanization, the incumbent would be responsible for ensuring maximum efficient operations of workshops including machines, equipment and spares, through the direction of a technical support team made up of technicians. Responsible for the purchase of necessary outside technical and non-technical products and/or services. Recommends equipment modification for upgrades. Sets priorities for projects and work orders. Enforces safety practices.

Minimum Requirements

National Diploma (Sales & Marketing) and/ or qualified Artisan
6 years related experience
Experience in the operations of a workshop (job cards, job scheduling etc
Extensive knowledge of inventory control
Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency
Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge POS and retail operating systems
